Retail Assistant / Merchandiser / Pick Packer

This is a full-time role based in Riccarton, Canterbury, supporting the team at Trade Depot Ltd, a leading retailer in the Retail & Consumer Products industry. As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, restocking shelves, and assisting with picking and packing orders.

What you'll be doing

• Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to both in-store and online customers
• Restocking and merchandising shelves to ensure the store is always well-presented
• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Assisting with other general retail duties as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably within the Retail & Consumer Products industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
