Job Description
This is a full-time role based in Riccarton, Canterbury, supporting the team at Trade Depot Ltd, a leading retailer in the Retail & Consumer Products industry. As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, restocking shelves, and assisting with picking and packing orders.
What you'll be doing- Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to both in-store and online customers
- Restocking and merchandising shelves to ensure the store is always well-presented
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Assisting with other general retail duties as required
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably within the Retail & Consumer Products industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
