  • £35,000 Salary + Service charge
  • 40 Hours / 5 Days Over 7 Days / Shift Times

Job Introduction

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the dining experience within an exclusive members' club at Fulham Pier, one of London's most distinctive new hospitality destinations.

We are looking for a confident and engaging leader who understands what exceptional service feels like. You will take ownership of the restaurant operation, creating a warm, polished and personalised experience that makes every member feel recognised and valued. From busy matchdays and exclusive events to everyday dining, you will ensure service remains seamless, standards stay consistently high and the team is ready to deliver at its best.

Working closely with our culinary and bar teams, you will bring front and back of house together to create memorable experiences for our members and their guests. You will be visible on the floor, building relationships, developing your team and continually looking for ways to strengthen the restaurant's service, atmosphere and commercial performance.

This role would suit an accomplished restaurant leader from a premium hospitality, luxury hotel, private members' club or high-quality dining background who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes genuine pride in creating outstanding guest experiences.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Lead, train, and develop the front-of-house team to maintain excellent service standards and member satisfaction.
  • Monitor and evaluate service quality, implementing improvements as needed to enhance the member experience.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food and seamless communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  • Handle member inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, ensuring a welcoming and elegant environment for members.
  • Assist in managing budgets and financial performance, including labour costs and inventory control.
  • Plan and coordinate special events and promotions within the members club, ensuring successful execution and high member engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, maintaining a safe and clean dining environment.
What You Bring:
  • Proven experience managing restaurant operations, ideally within a premium or members-only setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train, develop, and motivate a front-of-house team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing personalised, high-quality service to members.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations, with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
