Multi-Site Catering Operations Lead

The Campus Kitchen at the University of Southampton is recruiting a Catering Operations Supervisor to lead multi-site retail outlets, cafés and grab-and-go locations. You will be responsible for daily operations, driving standards and delivering a high-quality customer experience across campuses.

We seek an experienced hospitality or retail leader who can manage teams, rotas, stock control and ensure food safety and health & safety compliance in a fast-paced environment.
