You will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring every guest receives an experience that is polished, personal and memorable.

The Role

• Leading and inspiring the front of house restaurant team
• Delivering exceptional guest service standards at all times
• Managing restaurant operations, service flow and team performance
• Working closely with the kitchen and senior management team
• Training, mentoring and developing staff
• Assisting with wine service and overall guest experience
• Ensuring high standards across service, presentation and attention to detail

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Passion for food, wine and genuine hospitality
• Calm under pressure with excellent attention to detail
• Hands on approach and positive attitude
• Ability to create a warm and engaging guest experience
