This is a role for a passionate hospitality professional who understands refined service, guest experience and how to lead a team with confidence and personality.
You will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring every guest receives an experience that is polished, personal and memorable.
The Role- Leading and inspiring the front of house restaurant team
- Delivering exceptional guest service standards at all times
- Managing restaurant operations, service flow and team performance
- Working closely with the kitchen and senior management team
- Training, mentoring and developing staff
- Assisting with wine service and overall guest experience
- Ensuring high standards across service, presentation and attention to detail
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Passion for food, wine and genuine hospitality
- Calm under pressure with excellent attention to detail
- Hands on approach and positive attitude
- Ability to create a warm and engaging guest experience
- Salary circa £45,000
