Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire the team.
  • Hands on work: mixing signature cocktails, running food operations, and speaking to customers to keep day to day operations smooth.
  • Set the standard of service and atmosphere.
  • Team coaching and collaborate with managers.
  • Provide knowledgeable and creative food and drink recommendations at half yearly 'shakeoff' and 'cook off' competitions.
Compensation

£32,000 to £33,000 per year.
