Job Description
The Property Development Solicitor should be able to:
- Manage a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
- Prepare and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to property transactions.
- Conduct thorough investigations into property titles and resolve any discrepancies.
- Advise clients on legal aspects of property transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Liaise with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the transaction process.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Residential Property Solicitor should have:
- At least 2 years PQE in residential property law.
- Proven experience in handling a variety of residential property transactions.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
