Research Operations Lead (Lead User Researcher)

Your new role
As a Research Ops Lead, you will be required to undertake the following:
Creating and publishing regular user research reporting, including the monthly reports
User Research Panel Management and refresh
Creating and executing strategies for enhanced panel engagement, especially amongst key target audiences eg. seldom heard voices, users with accessibility needs, etc.
Planning and executing user research studies eg. Diary Studies
Supporting delivery squads with user research eg. usability testing, moderation, user interviews
Owning and refining the User Needs repository, continuously improving it for use by delivery teams
Owning and updating research assets eg templates for consent
Continuously improving ResearchOps processes on the App
Leading a team of 1x ResearchOps Analyst

You must be eligible for BPSS

£394 per day (inside IR35)
