CNC Milling Setter

We are looking for one of our clients in the watchmaking sector, based in Geneva, for a LONG-TERM TEMPORARY POSITION: A Precision Mechanic to fill a role as a CNC milling setter for the production of bracelet elements. DESCRIPTION OF THE MISSIONChangeover of series, setting fixtures, clamps, and tooling, fine-tuning dimensions, and starting up CNC machining centers, Willemin W508 and W408, Chiron V3 and FZ, and Bumotec. Machining and inspecting manufactured parts, watch casing parts in steel and precious materials. Precise controls with traditional control tools, 3D control, and optical control according to the parts. Maintenance of first-level holder of a Federal Certificate of Proficiency (CFC) in polymecanic or CFC in micromechanics, vocational baccalaureate or technological degree in mechanical production. Having had a successful first experience of several years in mechanical industry in Switzerland, ideally in the field of watchmaking. Excellent knowledge in reading and knowledge of control tools including numerical control tools and a good mechanical technical sense to find quick and efficient solutions.
