Position Overview

The firm is offering a paid internship for law students who are eager to engage in high level legal research and practical litigation support. This role is designed for candidates who wish to bridge the gap between academic theory and active courtroom practice within the financial and corporate legal sectors.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Open to law students in the following stages:
  • 5 Year LL.B. Programme: 3rd year and above.
  • 3 Year LL.B. Programme: 2nd year and above.
• Skills: Strong aptitude for legal research and a foundational understanding of drafting.
• Interests: A keen interest in IBC, Banking Law, and Commercial Litigation.

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

• Legal Research: Conducting in depth, research focused inquiries into complex legal issues.
• Drafting: Assisting in the preparation of petitions, applications, and legal notices.
• Litigation Support: Assisting advocates on live matters and ongoing case files.

Location

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Stipend / Perks

• Stipend: 3,000 - 5,000 per month.
• Duration: Minimum 1 month (extendable based on performance).
• Experience: Hands on exposure to boutique litigation and white collar crime matters.
