Eligibility Criteria- A PhD (or near completion) in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in computational or data-intensive biological research
- Strong track record of research outputs, such as publications or conference presentations
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in bioinformatics (e.g., Python, R, or similar)
- Experience with biological data analysis, including genomics or related datasets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with statistical modelling and computational methods
- Ability to manage large datasets and develop reproducible workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for academic dissemination
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple research priorities
£43,003 - £46,297 per annum (depending on experience)
