The Role

We are seeking a motivated, organised, and enthusiastic Reprographics & Administration Assistant to join our busy school support team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality resources and providing excellent administrative support that helps teaching and learning run smoothly across the school.

You will play a key role in supporting staff and students by delivering a reliable, efficient, and high-standard reprographics service, alongside a range of general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Producing high-quality printed and digital learning resources for staff and students
  • Operating and maintaining reprographics equipment efficiently
  • Managing print requests in a timely and organised manner
  • Supporting general administrative tasks across the school office
  • Ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail in all work
  • Assisting staff with resource preparation for lessons and events
  • Contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the school environment
About You
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using IT and print/reprographics equipment (training can be provided)
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Friendly, professional, and a strong team player
  • Committed to supporting a positive learning environment for young people
  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn

Previous experience in a school or administrative/reprographics setting is desirable but not essential.
