We're looking for a motivated, people centred Repairs Supervisor (Operations) to help us provide safe, high quality homes for our residents. What you'll be doingYou will play a key role in delivering a wide range of property related services, including emergency and responsive repairs, improvements, void refurbishments, adaptations, and disrepair works.
Key responsibilities- Leading and motivating trade colleagues, apprentices, and contractors to achieve great results.
- Overseeing a mix of workstreams, from responsive repairs to planned works, voids, adaptations, and surveys.
- Offering clear technical advice on building issues, health and safety, and relevant legislation.
- Driving efficient project delivery with a strong focus on quality and customer experience.
- Producing specifications, schedules, drawings, RAMS, and other key documents.
- Tracking performance, budgets, and KPIs, and supporting procurement where needed.
- Building strong, positive relationships with residents, colleagues, contractors, and partners.
- Helping colleagues grow through toolbox talks, team meetings, and one to ones.

- Do you have experience in property maintenance, construction, or social housing?
- Do you hold an HNC/BTEC or similar qualification in Building Studies or a related field?
- Do you understand construction legislation, Building Regulations, and Health & Safety?
- Have you supervised teams or contractors before?
- Are you highly organised with strong communication skills?
- Can you manage competing priorities and solve problems effectively?
- Are you confident using ICT systems?
- Can you build respectful, positive working relationships?
