THE ROLE:This is a great opportunity to either begin or enhance your career in Security.
As a member of our Events & Relief Security team, you will play a key part in enhancing the customer experience in a safe manner at our clients' prestigious venues.
Our Security teams work hard providing a visible reminder that safety is our number one priority for visitors and staff whilst maintaining extremely high levels of customer services to our premium clients.
Location: Slough/Iver with options to travel to Shepperton/Chertsey
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel
- Provide a customer friendly, reassuring, professional security presence.
- Provide a visible security contact for customers and staff.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Liaising with the Site management were required.
- Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
- Dealing with any difficult situations that arise in a safe and professional manner.
- Ensure the team are completing all site patrols.
- Booking in/out visitors
- At least 18 years old.
- Previous experience in security would be an advantage.
- Willing to learn and develop.
- Flexible attitude to working hours (evenings and weekends).
- Reliable and punctual.
- Smart appearance.
- Possess effective communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a positive manner.
- Pro active attitude.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional.
- Willing to work in all weather conditions.
- You must have a current SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
- Possession of a First Aid at Work Certificate and/or Fire Marshal is desirable.
- Full UK Drivers Licence required.
- Eligibility documents needed at interview: Passport or Full Birth Certificate; Utility Bill showing current address and dated within 3 months; Proof of National Insurance (Payslips cannot be used) such as NI card, P45, P60, benefits or HMRC letter.
- You must be able to provide a checkable 5-year employment and address history for vetting purposes (this can include full-time education or periods when claiming benefits).
