Relationship Manager, Crypto

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for a Relationship Manager to join our ever evolving EMEA Commercial team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you'll own

• Own and grow strategic relationships with key merchants across Gaming, Trading and Crypto driving long-term value, retention and revenue growth
• Create new revenue opportunities by identifying and delivering upsell and cross-sell solutions aligned to client needs
• Build strong networks across client organizations, influencing both operational and senior leaders to drive commercial outcomes
• Align client business strategies with Global Payments solutions to maximize performance and long-term success
• Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities within existing portfolios and expanding client engagement
• Lead meaningful client interactions that strengthen trust, deliver insight and position Global Payments as a strategic partner
• Identify trends across Gaming, Trading and Crypto markets to unlock new growth opportunities and inform strategic direction

What you'll bring

• Experience as a Relationship Manager or Account Manager within payments or financial technology
• Proven ability to build and grow client relationships, driving retention and revenue growth
• Strong understanding of payment solutions and merchant needs in a global environment
• Confidence engaging stakeholders across all levels, including senior leaders
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a client-first approach

It's a bonus if you have

• Experience within Gaming, Trading or Crypto verticals
• A track record of driving expansion within complex client environments
