Field Merchandising Manager - Ireland (Lead 40 Merchandisers)

Carlton Greetings is seeking a Merchandising Territory Manager to maximise standards, sales performance and productivity across 40 part-time merchandisers in the South of the Republic of Ireland, including Cork, Limerick, Waterford and Kerry. You will report to the Regional Merchandising Manager and travel 3-4 days per week to stores.

The role focuses on day-to-day team leadership, recruitment and training, resource planning and KPI reporting, with expenses covered by a fuel card.
