Job Description

• Develop and implement regulatory policies and procedures in line with industry standards.
• Lead regulatory inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
• Provide expert advice on regulatory matters to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and coordinate responses to regulatory enquiries and investigations.
• Monitor and evaluate changes in legislation and advise on their impact.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations based on regulatory findings.
• Support the development of regulatory strategy within the organisation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regulatory Manager should have:

• A strong understanding of regulatory frameworks within the energy and natural resources industry.
• Experience in developing and implementing policies to ensure compliance.
