Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum + £7,500 welcome bonus
Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week

Service Users: Children and young people aged 8-17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Children & Young People"s Workforce and QCF Level 5 Leadership/Management, or willingness to work towards Level 5

Our client is an established children's residential home in Walsal, supporting young people aged 8-17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and regulatory compliance of the home, ensuring positive outcomes for children and young people while maintaining high standards of care and safeguarding.

Key responsibilities- Leading the day-to-day operation of the home
- Ensuring compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and Ofsted requirements
- Promoting positive outcomes and high-quality care for young people
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the staff team
- Managing safeguarding, care planning, risk assessments, and placement stability
- Building strong relationships with local authorities, families, and external professionals
- Overseeing staffing, rotas, budgets, and resources
- Driving a positive culture focused on continuous improvement and child-centred practice
