Position: Registered Care Home Manager

Location: Near Bishops Stortford

Salary: £55,000 Full-Time Permanent

Are you an experienced care home manager looking to join a fast-growing care organisation with a strong commitment to quality and innovation? I am seeking a dynamic and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a medium-sized residential care home near Bishops Stortford.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong and effective leadership to the care team
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
• Maintain or improve care standards within the home
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a medium-sized care home
• Deliver person-centred care, with a focus on dementia support
• Engage with residents, families, and external professionals
• Support staff development and manage team performance

Qualifications

• Must be an experienced Registered Manager
• In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements
• Proven experience managing a medium-sized care home
• Strong understanding and practical experience in dementia care
• Ideally holds an NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Passionate about delivering high-quality care and continuous improvement
