Position: Registered Care Home Manager
Location: Near Bishops Stortford
Salary: £55,000 Full-Time Permanent
Are you an experienced care home manager looking to join a fast-growing care organisation with a strong commitment to quality and innovation? I am seeking a dynamic and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a medium-sized residential care home near Bishops Stortford.

Responsibilities- Provide strong and effective leadership to the care team
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
- Maintain or improve care standards within the home
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a medium-sized care home
- Deliver person-centred care, with a focus on dementia support
- Engage with residents, families, and external professionals
- Support staff development and manage team performance
- Must be an experienced Registered Manager
- In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements
- Proven experience managing a medium-sized care home
- Strong understanding and practical experience in dementia care
- Ideally holds an NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Passionate about delivering high-quality care and continuous improvement
- Competitive starting salary of £55,000 per annum
