Registered Manager

We are currently seeking a Registered Manager for a 20 bed elderly residential home based near Stevenage. They are offering the following:Basic salary of £50k + benefits + opportunities to progressThe roleAs a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of a CQC good rated home which supports elderly residents, some with mild dementia. Duties include:

• Conducting audits and updating care plans
• Organising, Training and managing staff (currently 30)
• Working in conjunction with the Deputy Manager to ensure high standards are achieved
• Ensure safeguarding
• Speak to medical professionals and families

The PersonWe need someone who has managed a residential care home for elderly in the past. You must have a NVQ level 5 in care.
