Registered Home Manager (RGN) - Nursing Home
Salary: £55,000 -£65,000 per annum + Lucrative Bonus
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire

HCR is partnering with an award-winning provider to recruit a driven Registered Home Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Home Manager to take ownership of a well-established service, enhancing quality and building on its reputation to achieve a "Good" or "Outstanding" rating with the Care Quality Commission.

As a Registered Home Manager, you will hold a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council registration and bring strong leadership, a focus on quality care, and the ability to develop a positive, high-performing team culture.

Registered Home Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent care and service.
• Lead and inspire care teams, promoting high standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain CQC excellence.
• Build strong relationships with residents' families and stakeholders.

Registered Home Manager Requirements:

• Experienced Registered Home Manager within a nursing home setting
• Active NMC PIN (RGN/RMN)
• Proven track record of achieving "Good" ratings with the Care Quality Commission or successfully improving service performance
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive quality, compliance, and team engagement
