Dental Practice Manager - Liverpool, Merseyside

MBR Dental is working with a well established, high end dental practice in Liverpool, currently looking for a Dental Practice Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
What's on offer- Start date available as soon as possible
- Notice periods will be considered
- Full time position - 5 days per week
- Monday to Friday - hours to be agreed
- Salary up to £45,000 per year, depending on experience
- Annual bonus of up to £5,000 based on practice performance
- Benefits package worth £1500
- 5 weeks' annual leave plus bank holidays
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern, forward thinking private practice with a strong focus on patient care and team development. As Practice Manager, you'll play a key role in the smooth day to day running of the practice while helping to drive its continued growth and success.
Your responsibilities will include:- Overseeing the daily operations of the practice
- Supporting and developing the team
- Ensuring systems and processes run efficiently and in line with compliance standards
- Managing HR duties, staff performance, and training
- Monitoring KPIs, revenue, and stock control
- Leading on marketing initiatives and patient experience improvements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Dental Practice Manager in the UK
- A confident, organised, and proactive leader
- Passionate about delivering excellent patient care
- Motivated to inspire and support a team
- Valid DBS check
