Dental Practice Manager - Liverpool, Merseyside (Full-Time)

MBR Dental is working with a well established, high end dental practice in Liverpool, currently looking for a Dental Practice Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

What's on offer

• Start date available as soon as possible
• Notice periods will be considered
• Full time position - 5 days per week
• Monday to Friday - hours to be agreed
• Salary up to £45,000 per year, depending on experience
• Annual bonus of up to £5,000 based on practice performance
• Benefits package worth £1500
• 5 weeks' annual leave plus bank holidays

About the role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the practice
• Supporting and developing the team
• Ensuring systems and processes run efficiently and in line with compliance standards
• Managing HR duties, staff performance, and training
• Monitoring KPIs, revenue, and stock control
• Leading on marketing initiatives and patient experience improvements

About you

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Dental Practice Manager in the UK
• A confident, organised, and proactive leader
• Passionate about delivering excellent patient care
• Motivated to inspire and support a team
• Valid DBS check
