Location: Wain House.

Pay: £22.37 - £23.93.

Hours: Part time.

Avante Care & Support is proud to introduce Wain House, our brand-new, purpose-built care home in Westgate-on-Sea. Opening in January 2026, Wain House is designed to deliver outstanding residential and dementia care in a modern, welcoming environment.

Your Role

Deliver hands on nursing care tailored to each resident's needs.

Lead, support and mentor Health Care Assistants.

Ensure clinical excellence and compliance with safety regulations.

Foster a positive, homely environment in line with Avante's Eden Alternative Philosophy of Care.

Work closely with the Nurse Manager and Registered Home Manager to maintain high standards.

About You

• Hold a valid NMC registration.
• Have experience in a care home or similar nursing setting.
• Are kind, professional, and proactive.
• Have strong leadership and communication skills.
