Your RoleDeliver hands on nursing care tailored to each resident's needs.
Lead, support and mentor Health Care Assistants.
Ensure clinical excellence and compliance with safety regulations.
Foster a positive, homely environment in line with Avante's Eden Alternative Philosophy of Care.
Work closely with the Nurse Manager and Registered Home Manager to maintain high standards.
About You- Hold a valid NMC registration.
- Have experience in a care home or similar nursing setting.
- Are kind, professional, and proactive.
- Have strong leadership and communication skills.
