Regional People Partner, Retail Growth & Leadership

Matalan is seeking an experienced Field People Partner to support our Southern region across a fast-paced, multi-site retail environment. You will travel regularly to stores, partnering with leaders to embed people initiatives, drive engagement and build high-performing teams.

You will influence decision-making using people data, coach leaders and help shape a strong people culture across the region. This role is part of the wider People team, collaborating to align key priorities.
