Join our in-house recruitment team as a Recruitment Consultant at our London office based at the Hilton London Kensington, and be part of a renowned name in the hospitality industry.
We support managed and leased Hilton brands across the UK and Ireland with a centralized recruitment function in London.

The work includes shortlisting, interviewing candidates, and proactively sourcing applicants for various Hilton properties across the country. As a 360 full-cycle Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for entry-level to senior appointments, delivering a seamless and comprehensive service. This role involves understanding your stakeholders deeply, both clients and candidates.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced in-house Recruitment Consultant with a focus on culinary, commercial, and operational roles at all levels.

- Experience with Taleo or similar ATS
- We are looking for a start date in July
