What will I be doing?

We believe in searching for the best possible talent, creating a great experience for our candidates, and providing a fantastic recruitment service to all our Hiring Managers.

The work includes shortlisting, interviewing candidates, and proactively sourcing applicants for various Hilton properties across the country. As a 360 full-cycle Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for entry-level to senior appointments, delivering a seamless and comprehensive service. This role involves understanding your stakeholders deeply, both clients and candidates.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced in-house Recruitment Consultant with a focus on culinary, commercial, and operational roles at all levels.
