Recruitment Advisor: End-to-End Hiring Pro

Butlin's in Bognor Regis is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to support end-to-end recruitment on resort, ensuring we attract, select, and hire the right people who align with our values. You will pre-screen high volumes and help keep internal systems up to date, while collaborating with the Recruitment Manager.

You will manage the recruitment cycle, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and contribute to employer branding and wider People Team initiatives.
