Recovery Employment Coach - Build Meaningful Careers

Recovery Connections is seeking an Employment Specialist to help people in recovery move into meaningful paid work, with up to 9 months of support and in-work help after securing a role. You will build confidence, identify strengths, and assist with job searching, CVs, applications and interviews, working with clinical teams and local employers, and helping people access training opportunities.

This role requires compassion, resilience and the ability to manage a caseload of around 25 people,
