Behind every product is a dedicated team of people who take pride in doing things right and we're looking for a Wholesale Packer to join our team at Yetminster.

Monday to Friday 6:30am 5:00pm

What will you be doing?

As a Wholesale Packer, you ll play an important role within our production team, helping us ensure that our products are packed accurately, safely and to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out final checks on packed products to ensure the correct item, weight and customer requirements have been met.

• Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working area throughout your shift.

• Ensuring all internal and external customer, company and site requirements are followed.

• Following company procedures for safe food handling, hygiene and quality at all times.

• Reporting accidents and absences in line with site procedures.

• Completing all tasks safely and in line with health and safety requirements.

• Working effectively as part of a fast-paced and proactive production team.

What are we looking for?

You don't need years of experience to succeed in this role. We're looking for people with the right attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.

You'll ideally have:

• A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to get stuck in.

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed procedures and instructions.

• Good communication skills and a basic understanding of verbal and written English.

• A strong commitment to food safety, hygiene and health & safety.

• The physical fitness required for a busy, hands-on production environment.

• A willingness to wear the required PPE and follow all site safety procedures.
