We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, reliable and dedicated Receptionist to join our school. The successful candidate will require the ability to prioritise and manage a frequently changing workload, possess good organisational skills, develop good working relationships with the Administration team and will be a responsible and reliable individual.

- Excellent customer service skills, professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to remain calm and friendly, even in stressful situations, to ensure a welcoming and efficient front desk experience
- Work closely with other staff members to ensure a positive school environment
- Maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the job, participate in appropriate training activities and support staff in their development and training
- Undertake additional duties, training and/or hours of work as reasonably required, consistent with the general level of responsibility of this job
- Be aware of and comply with policies and procedures relating to safeguarding, health, safety and security, confidentiality and data protection, and report all concerns to an appropriate person
Hours: 35 hours per week, Term Time plus TED days
Grade: Scale 2, Points 3-4 (£24,796 - £25,185 p.a.) - Actual Salary - £20,153 p.a. - £20,926 p.a.
