Receptionist Supervisor

We are looking for a passionate Reception Supervisor to join our team. As Reception Supervisor you will act as Duty Manager, leading the Reception team to welcome members and provide a premium experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as Duty Manager and lead the Reception team.
• Mentor and coach the team to deliver service excellence to members face to face and by telephone.
• Collaborate with the management team to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Foster a sense of belonging and support the team's physical and mental well being.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a customer service led team.
• Demonstrated passion for customer service.
• Strong communication, collaboration and team player skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
