Job Description

Sheffield Futures is seeking an Apprentice Receptionist to deliver high-quality customer service to clients, visitors, staff and tenants. You will be based at Star House in Sheffield and enrolled on the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship, with training during working hours and ongoing support.

The role is full-time for 18 months, involves welcoming people, handling inquiries by phone and email, and assisting with meetings and general reception duties, ensuring smooth daily
