Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Set the tone for guests' experience from the moment they arrive, welcoming them with a smile and enthusiastic greeting.
• Entertain guests and create a memorable, engaging atmosphere that exceeds their expectations.
• Focus on making each interaction enjoyable, ensuring guests feel valued and well taken care of.
• Perform typical reception duties in a 24/7 casino environment, including managing night shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• Positive, can-do attitude with a passion for entertaining customers and delivering exceptionally high service.
• Experience working successfully in a hospitality role.
• Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends within a 24/7 casino environment.
• Legal right to work in the UK; must be 18 years or older.
