Location: Diss IP22

Hours: Monday to Friday,7:45am - 4:00pm

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Overtime: Paid at 1.5x after 37.5 hours per week

We are recruiting 4x Nursery Operatives to join the Nursery Team at a leading UK wholesale nursery based in Diss IP22 - Immediate start

This is a hands on outdoor role, ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work and being part of a busy team.

Duties include:

• Weeding bedding plants and nursery stock.
• Topping up pots with compost.
• General plant maintenance and care.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
• Carrying out any other nursery-related tasks as required.
• Following all Health & Safety procedures and site best practices.

Requirements:

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential due to the rural location.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable, hard working and able to carry out manual handling tasks.
• Previous horticultural or nursery experience is beneficial but not essential.
