We are currently looking for a Receptionist, based in Watford, who will provide a comprehensive and flexible Front of House reception service for the visitors and Skanska staff alike based at the Leavesden Park office. This may include other duties, working in line with the on-site Facilities team.
As the Receptionist, you will:- Be the first point of contact for visitors to the building including professionals, contractors, clients and Skanska staff members, putting them in contact with the appropriate member of staff and answering the switch board.
- Operate a meeting room booking system (Condeco), ensuring specific requirements for their use are implemented.
- Managing signing in/out process on site via the Bluepoint system, and the handing out of Access cards.
- Assisting with meeting room set ups.
- Maintain the EV charging portal, and the fast charger waiting list.
- Work flexibly with other staff within the team and provide cover for holidays and sickness, administrative and general tasks as requested, to ensure a continuous and effective provision of all Facilities Services.
- Relevant experience in a busy reception or office environment.
- Competent in using Microsoft packages including word, excel and PowerPoint.
- Qualified first aider or prepared to complete the training.
- Fire warden experience desirable or prepared to complete the training.
