Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Building Condition Surveys (Pre-Acquisition / Building Investment Funds / Schedules of Condition)
- Design and specification.
- Defect inspections and reports.
- Measured Surveys.
- Feasibility Studies.
- Budget estimates and Cost Plans.
- Any other duties as required by the business.
- Chartership (MSCSI/MRICS) or already enrolled on the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) of the SCSI.
- High appreciation of professional and project-based building surveying matters.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplined team and on own initiative.
- Strong Priority/Project Management skills.
