Job Description

Responsibilities

• Building Condition Surveys (Pre-Acquisition / Building Investment Funds / Schedules of Condition)
• Design and specification.
• Defect inspections and reports.
• Measured Surveys.
• Feasibility Studies.
• Budget estimates and Cost Plans.
• Any other duties as required by the business.

Requirements

• Chartership (MSCSI/MRICS) or already enrolled on the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) of the SCSI.
• High appreciation of professional and project-based building surveying matters.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain strong client relationships.
• Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplined team and on own initiative.
• Strong Priority/Project Management skills.
