Job Description
For our partner, a recognized institutional player experiencing strong growth in the real estate sector, we are looking for a Real Due Diligence Officer to strengthen its Asset Management department in a key position at the heart of acquisition and management decisions for real estate assets at scale, with frequent travel depending on the needs. This position particularly addresses real estate or asset management professionals with a solid field and analytical experience (property management or real estate analysis), seeking to evolve in a cross-functional and high-value role, in direct connection with the Due Diligence Officer in the Asset Management department. You play a central role in the analysis and monitoring of real estate assets. Your main responsibilities are as follows: - Active participation in real estate acquisition due diligence for all types of site visits, analysis of financial statements and leases, risks and opportunities. - Analysis of maintenance needs and investment requirements, and review of all technical data related to due diligence processes and the management of assets. - Monitoring onboarding and closing processes with external partners (brokers, experts, property management, authorities), collaborating closely with Asset Managers and Property Managers for specific scenario evaluations and sales process support.Your profile:- Confirmed professional experience of at least 3 years in property management, asset management, or a comparable real estate environment.- Federal diploma, bilingual in French/German (oral and written); good level of English required. - Very good knowledge of the Swiss market.- Proficiency in the analysis of real estate data and asset monitoring.- Availability for frequent travel in German-speaking Switzerland.- Mastery of standard office tools (Microsoft Office).- Analytical mind, sense of responsibility, autonomy, and excellent position in an institutional real estate environment.- Direct exposure to investment decisions and large-scale asset management.- A dynamic and structured human work environment.- Real opportunities for advancement within the Asset Management department.- Conditions in line with the level of responsibility of the position.About us:At Safeguard Global Switzerland, we specialize in staff leasing (placement of temporary and permanent staff) and offer tailored solutions to assist companies with their recruitment needs, across Switzerland and beyond.
