Overview

Engagement Officer needed in Rhyl Paying £14.35 per hr ref OR22528

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Responsibilities

Engage with individuals and groups in the community, particularly hard to reach citizens with multiple needs.
Promote services, projects, and support programmes at community level.
Provide information in education, employment advice, or social care contexts.
Build trust with participants experiencing poverty, unemployment, or social disadvantage.
Complete administrative and monitoring tasks to a high standard, maintaining accurate records.
Support participants to access statutory, voluntary, and private sector services.
Uphold confidentiality, data protection, and excellent customer care at all times.
