Qualified Electrician EICR Certified - Property Maintenance

Hughes & Co Developments is seeking a highly skilled Multi-Skilled Property Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a reputable property development company, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality projects, and we need a dedicated professional to help us maintain and enhance our properties.

Position: Qualified Electrician EICR Certified

Location: London Mobile

Responsibilities:

Perform electrical repairs and installations
Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex maintenance problems to ensure the safety and functionality of properties.
Collaborate with the property management team to prioritize and address maintenance requests.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, materials used, and hours worked.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

2-5 years proven experience required but not essential
EICR Compliant and must be able to sign off jobs
Must have own vehicle (van preferred, not essential)
Must have own tools
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
