Job DescriptionAs the Purchase Ledger Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Oversee the purchase ledger process, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of invoices.
- Manage and reconcile supplier accounts to maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
- Handle payment runs and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Resolve supplier queries and discrepancies in a professional manner.
- Supervise and support the purchase ledger team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Assist with month-end and year-end reporting requirements as needed.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and implement improvements to existing processes to enhance efficiency.
