Job Description

As the Purchase Ledger Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Oversee the purchase ledger process, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of invoices.
  • Manage and reconcile supplier accounts to maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
  • Handle payment runs and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Resolve supplier queries and discrepancies in a professional manner.
  • Supervise and support the purchase ledger team to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end reporting requirements as needed.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement improvements to existing processes to enhance efficiency.
