Job Description

A rare opportunity has arisen to join a commercial business who require an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their Finance team. This is a high volume processing role that requires meticulous attention to detail. Managing your own supplier accounts you will enjoy working in a fast paced environment with an adaptable approach to business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Matching invoices to purchase orders
  • Processing supplier invoices and credit notes
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Ensuring that invoices are authorised for payment
  • Resolving any invoice/payment queries
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial procedures
About You:
  • Confident and proven purchase ledger expertise
  • Enjoy query resolution - building effective relationships with suppliers and all areas of the business
  • Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills

This role would suit a seasoned Purchase Ledger Clerk who enjoys this area of Finance.
