Job Description
A rare opportunity has arisen to join a commercial business who require an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their Finance team. This is a high volume processing role that requires meticulous attention to detail. Managing your own supplier accounts you will enjoy working in a fast paced environment with an adaptable approach to business needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Matching invoices to purchase orders
- Processing supplier invoices and credit notes
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Ensuring that invoices are authorised for payment
- Resolving any invoice/payment queries
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial procedures
- Confident and proven purchase ledger expertise
- Enjoy query resolution - building effective relationships with suppliers and all areas of the business
- Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
This role would suit a seasoned Purchase Ledger Clerk who enjoys this area of Finance.
