Duties & Responsibilities
  • Process and verify supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders and delivery documentation
  • Ensure all invoices are appropriately authorised prior to payment
  • Prepare and process supplier payments via various methods, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end processes
What Experience is Required
  • Proven experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
  • Familiarity with accounting systems and financial processes
