Duties & Responsibilities- Process and verify supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders and delivery documentation
- Ensure all invoices are appropriately authorised prior to payment
- Prepare and process supplier payments via various methods, ensuring deadlines are met
- Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end processes
- Proven experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Familiarity with accounting systems and financial processes
- Salary of £30,000
