Pub & Grill Shift Leader: Lead & Elevate Guest Experience

Village Hotels is seeking a Pub and Grill Team Leader in the Swansea area to act as the operational right hand to the Manager. You will lead the Pub & Grill, with flexibility to assist across all F&B areas during busy periods, running pre-shift briefings and championing our social media presence.

You'll drive hospitality excellence, manage stock and wage costs, and coach a busy team to deliver memorable guest experiences while meeting commercial targets.
